Sale of the 3rdH Player is restricted to adult customers only. Proof of identity may be required on delivery to prove that the purchaser is 18 years of age or older. If the recipient is unable to provide proof, the product will not be delivered.
The 3rdH Player must be used by consenting adults and within the parameters for use as specified and in accordance with the human body and anatomy. It must be kept out of the reach of minors.
The 3rdH is not suitable for use by pregnant women, anyone with a heart condition or anyone with a pacemaker.
On confirming your purchase, you declare your acceptance of its content as well as the 3rdH general terms of sale. These general terms of sale are subject to French law and may be changed at any time without notice.
Every package is to be signed for on delivery (UPS tracked), and for confidentiality reasons may not be delivered to a third party (unless specified otherwise by you in the "comments" section when placing your order).
Our goods are shipped in plain packaging. 3rdH is not mentioned anywhere on the package, which is hermetically sealed to ensure that the products inside cannot be seen.
The payment will appear as "PREFACE" on your bank statement.

As part of its commitment to customer satisfaction, 3rdH operates a "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" policy, which is valid for up to 6 months from the date you receive your 3rdH r.o.m.1 Player.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and bank fees.
The 3rdH r.o.m.1 Player is produced to order. Delivery times may be between one and three weeks.
The 3rdH Player is guaranteed for 20 years. This guarantee covers defects in the manufacture of the device. It does not apply when the device has been opened or damaged. The battery contained in the device is not covered by the guarantee. It must be replaced in our workshop.
